With a background in dance, running, weight training and more, Jacqueline has been involved in fitness all of her life and loves to share her experience and knowledge with her clients and class participants. "Live Fit" is Jacqueline's motto as fitness is a lifestyle balance and she provides training, nutritional advice, life coaching and fitness classes in a safe, beautiful, non intimidating atmosphere. Jacqueline believes that you can be fit, healthy and happy no matter how old you are - that within you is the desire and the drive to manifest whatever you wish for your mind, body and soul. A strong believer that functional fitness training is as important as weight training and the practice of guiding her clients in proper technique and execution of all exercises is paramount. “It is my creed to help my clients achieve their goals in a progressive manner. Each person is different and each person has to discover the way they best accomplish their fitness goals.” Whether you are an athlete or a person that has never worked out, I can help you achieve your fitness goals.

Personal Training

Jacqueline believes that fitness needs to become a part of your lifestyle and she can help you achieve this goal. She cares about your specific goals, be it weight loss, pre/post partum, dealing with an illness that prevents you from going to regular fitness classes, athletic training, team training, new to exercise, poor posture... no matter what she can help you learn to Live It Walk It Talk It. Her focus is functional training, postural assessment, speed and agility training, sport specific, back rehabilitation, mature adult, pre and postpartum, weight loss and weight management.

Small Group Training

Small group training sessions are action packed and fun. Jacqueline has developed a circuit comprised of stations that vary monthly so you never get bored, your body is always challenged and you learn new exercises to incorporate into your own routine. All levels are welcome* as there are always adaptations for anyone unable to perform a specific exercise. You get the trainer and the expertise of program design and execution without the huge price tag...plus it is fun and social at the same time. Weather permitting Jacqueline takes the groups outdoors. *some kind of personal training history is recommended as technique is not as much focused on a one on one basis
